Open the app, you know what to do. It calibrates your loads without asking for your 1RM, adjusts your programming session after session based on your real performance, and explains every choice. No 12-week fixed plan, no percentages to compute, no mental overhead.
This page explains what the RyzeFit method does for you. If you want the exhaustive feature list, head to /en/features. If you want answers to common questions, the FAQ covers the essentials.
1. The problem we set out to solve
Most strength-training apps rely on two things: an initial 1RM test and a rigid program that follows percentages of that 1RM. This causes several practical problems. The 1RM is unstable from one day to the next, many lifters don't actually know theirs, and it's meaningless on 60 to 70% of the exercises in a typical program (isolation, raises, curls).
Concrete consequence: you end up guessing the load yourself on half of your exercises, and the app stops being much use. RyzeFit was built to close exactly that gap.
2. It sets your weights — automatically
Instead of asking for a theoretical 1RM, RyzeFit observes what you actually do and adjusts the load it suggests for the next session. At the end of each set you simply report how many reps you did and your estimate of effort left in the tank (the RIR — see our full guide to RIR).
On the first sessions of a new exercise, the app stays cautious — it needs to observe what you produce before daring to suggest more ambitious loads. Beyond that, adjustments become automatic and reliable. You no longer have to settle "how much do I load today?".
3. It keeps you on track — adaptive programs
RyzeFit doesn't hand you a rigid program to follow for 12 weeks. The structure of your sessions adapts to your performance and your consistency. Three levers are at play:
- Volume (sets × reps) adjusts if you show up too fatigued or, on the contrary, absorb more than expected.
- Sequencing orders the exercises to maximize execution quality (big compound lifts first, isolation after).
- Recovery between sessions is a signal that's taken into account: train too close together or too far apart and the app sees it in your performance and adapts.
4. It shows its work
For every suggested load, every volume adjustment, every decision to go up or down, the app explains why. You're never facing an opaque decision. You know what you're doing, you understand why, and you keep control: you can always override the suggestion if you know something the app doesn't (a bad night's sleep, a return from injury, a particular context).
5. Focus mode — zero distraction during the session
During a session, RyzeFit shows only what you need: the current exercise, the suggested load, the set, the rest timer. No notifications, no pop-ups, no marketing banners. The information density is tuned so it doesn't break your concentration between sets.
The focus mode follows an explicit product doctrine: if you notice the app during your set, it has failed. The best interface is the one that disappears in favor of the effort.
6. Who it's for — really
RyzeFit is for every lifter aged 16 and up who trains with weights, at home or at the gym. The promise — cutting the mental load tied to planning — is universal:
- For beginners, the app saves months of trial and error on programs and loads.
- For busy adults, it removes the daily decision friction.
- For older lifters maintaining or coming back, it offers programs adapted to their condition, without "no pain no gain" pressure.
- For coaches, it can serve as a programming tool for their clients: the coach configures, the client executes, and the client's monthly summary can be shared with the coach for adjustment.
7. What the RyzeFit method is not
Three limits we own up to explicitly.
- Not a human coach. A coach sees your technique in real time and can correct a compensation. The app doesn't capture that. In the first months on the big lifts, have your form checked by someone competent.
- Not a medical device. No medical advice, no diagnosis, no treatment. If you have a specific health condition, consult a professional before starting a program.
- Not a promise of miracle gains. Muscle progress depends on your sleep, your nutrition, your stress, your genetics, your consistency — far more than on the optimal load. The app does its part by removing decision friction. The rest is on you.
