This page lists everything RyzeFit does. No marketing fluff, no inflated features. If a feature isn't listed here, it doesn't exist in the app today — and you'll find out why (a policy of deliberate absence) in the FAQ or the full method.
- 01
Automatic load calibration
The heart of the RyzeFit method. The app calibrates your loads without asking for a 1RM, by observing your real performance session after session. Stable after 4-6 sessions per exercise.
- No 1RM required
- Adapts to your level
- Calm, steady progression
- 02
RIR-based progression
A 4-value effort scale (RIR 0/1/2/3+) to automatically adjust loads. More practical than RPE for strength training, aligned with 2024-2026 science.
- Simplified 4-value scale
- Cautious "I don't know" option
- Differentiated weighting for big/small muscles
- 03
Adaptive programs
No 12-week fixed plan. Volume, sequencing and recovery adjust based on your performance and your consistency.
- Dynamic volume
- Optimized exercise order
- Adapts to your real cadence
- 04
Custom Builder (Premium)
Expert mode for experienced users. Build your own sessions exercise by exercise; the RyzeFit system stays active on top.
- Manual session building
- Automatic calibration kept
- An outlet for advanced practice
- 05
Native supersets
Two exercises chained without full rest, supported in Guided mode (the app suggests the pairs) or External mode (you declare your own). Automatic data linking.
- Guided mode product doctrine
- Free External mode
- Per-exercise progress tracking
- 06
Built-in cardio tracker
Endurance, interval and HIIT sessions. Timer for intervals, duration and perceived-intensity tracking. Data integrated in the same database as strength training.
- Configurable interval timer
- Full sessions tracked
- Global progress view
- 07
Automatic personal records
RyzeFit detects your PRs at every session — loads, volume, max reps. Full history, viewable and exportable.
- Live PR detection
- Multi-criteria history
- No manual entry required
- 08

What RyzeFit doesn't do (on purpose)
To stay honest about scope, here's what the app doesn't have — by product choice:
- No wearable sync (Apple Watch, Google Fit, Garmin, HRV, sleep) — see the FAQ for the detailed reason.
- No motivational notifications ("you can do it!") — motivation comes from your data, not from the app's voice.
- No conversational AI coach — RyzeFit gives you the right information at the right time, not a chatbot.
- No internal social network — no feed, no likes, no comments.
- No artificial gamification — no flashy badges or anxiety-inducing streaks. Real progress is the only reward.
This list of absences is as important as the list of present features. It reflects a product doctrine: reduce the mental load, don't increase it.
