The RyzeFit mobile app is distributed exclusively through the Google Play Store (Google LLC) for Android devices. Google Play applies its own terms of service and privacy policy, available at play.google.com/about/privacy.
5. Intellectual property
All content of the RyzeFit app and the ryzefit.app website — including the source code, graphics, logos, text, the exercise database, illustrations and the system architecture — is the exclusive property of RyzeFit and is protected by French copyright law (Intellectual Property Code), trademark law and any other applicable intellectual-property right.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, extraction, reuse or commercial exploitation, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. See the Terms of use for details of permitted uses.
6. Personal data and cookies
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy, compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction
This legal notice, as well as the use of the RyzeFit website and app, are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance falls within the jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
